# Mayur Jewellers – Terms & Conditions

## 1. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received and verified by Mayur Jewellers.

## 2. Prepaid Orders Only

All online orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only. Cash on Delivery (COD), partial payment, or payment after delivery is not available.

## 3. Pricing

Jewellery prices are based on the prevailing gold or silver rate, product weight, making charges, and applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

## 4. Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. Due to high demand, a product may become unavailable before an order is confirmed. In such cases, customers will be informed and suitable alternatives or a refund (if applicable) will be offered.

## 5. Hallmark & Authenticity

All eligible gold jewellery is supplied with eligible silver jewellery is supplied with 92.5 Hallmark certification. A GST invoice will be provided with every applicable purchase.

## 6. Order Dispatch

Orders are dispatched only after payment verification and completion of internal quality checks. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on order volume, public holidays, and operational requirements.

## 7. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the courier partner and may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances. Mayur Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

## 8. Parcel Opening Video

Customers are requested to record a continuous, unedited video while opening the parcel. This video is mandatory for reporting any damage, missing items, or incorrect products. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

## 9. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, complete address, and PIN code. Mayur Jewellers will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

## 10. Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

## 11. Exchange & Resale

Exchange and resale are subject to the prevailing metal rate, product condition, and Mayur Jewellers' exchange policy at the time of the request. Making charges and other applicable deductions may apply where relevant.

## 12. Product Images

Product photographs are taken professionally. Minor differences in colour, brightness, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.

## 13. Jewellery Weight

The displayed weight is approximate. Minor variations may occur due to the jewellery manufacturing process.

## 14. Customer Support

For any order-related queries, customers can contact our support team through the official contact details provided on the website.

## 15. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Mayur Jewellers reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, payment verification issues, or other operational reasons.
